Our approach:
We use an iterative rapid prototyping approach and go through many interim prototypes to help capture the business requirement and deliver a sound solution. Building prototypes very early on in the project helps our analysts and clients capture the business requirements and refine the data models, business processes and workflows. Using this approach combined with a consistent culture where everyone in our team is consistent in their approach to requirements capture, technical design, implementation standards, testing and quality assurance, we have met and exceeded our clients' expectations and delivered many successful projects on time and on budget.
We work very closely with our clients to define the business needs and adopt of the appropriate technologies and platforms without any bias towards a specific platform or vendor. We have built systems using a variety of platforms and frameworks including Microsoft, Java and Oracle.
